About Julia Huntsman

Welcome to Huntsman Properties! I'm Julia Huntsman, a dedicated real estate professional with over 30 years of experience helping buyers and sellers in Long Beach, CA, and the surrounding cities. With a passion for real estate and a background in public service and the legal industry, I provide expert guidance for both first-time home buyers and seasoned investors. Whether you're looking to buy your dream home or sell for top dollar, I’m here to make the process as smooth and successful as possible.

My work experience spans a wide range of real estate services, including handling contracts, guiding buyers through the loan qualification and home search process, and advising sellers on preparing their homes for sale. I take great pride in educating my clients on every step of the process, from contract negotiations to escrow closing. By understanding your unique needs, I work to ensure you achieve the best possible outcome, whether you're navigating a competitive seller’s market or making an offer on your first home.

For sellers, my goal is always to help you obtain the highest sales price by advising on how to effectively market and stage your home. With an eye for detail and experience in market analysis, I develop strategies that make your property stand out and attract serious buyers. From setting the right price to negotiating offers, I’m dedicated to making sure your sale is a success.

I hold professional designations including ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), e-PRO, and SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosures Resource). In addition, I’ve received specialized training in probate, broker price opinions, and investment properties, which allows me to offer a wide range of services for clients with diverse real estate needs. My Master of Public Administration (MPA) further enhances my ability to navigate complex situations and provide clients with strategic, informed advice.

Beyond my work as a REALTOR®, I am an active participant in my local and state Board of Realtors, where I serve as an arbitrator and ethics advocate. This involvement allows me to stay at the forefront of industry standards and ensures that I’m providing the highest level of service to my clients.

When I’m not helping clients find their perfect property or negotiating deals, I enjoy traveling, playing piano, and experimenting in the kitchen. These personal passions reflect my commitment to excellence and my desire to make the real estate experience enjoyable and rewarding for everyone I work with.

At Huntsman Properties, my mission is to offer personalized service and professional expertise to help you achieve your real estate goals. Whether you're buying, selling, or investing, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Let’s work together to make your real estate dreams a reality!
